What Ceramic Shield includes
Ceramic Shield adds real protection to the Signature Spa visit. After washing, we spray an iron remover that dissolves embedded brake dust and rail fallout, then use a clay mitt on any rough panels so the sealant bonds to clean paint.
The sealant itself is a silica-based ceramic spray applied one panel at a time and leveled with a fresh towel. It adds depth to dark colors, makes water fly off at highway speed and keeps pollen and bird droppings from etching as fast.
How the visit runs
Decontaminate
Iron remover turns purple as it reacts with metal particles, then rinses away. Clay mitt handles what is left.
Panel prep
Each panel is wiped with a light prep spray so oils from wax or dressing do not block the ceramic from bonding.
Apply ceramic
Sealant goes on in small sections, is leveled with one towel and buffed with a second. Glass gets its own hydrophobic layer.
Cure and inspect
We inspect under LED panels for high spots, then advise you to avoid washing for 24 hours while it cures.
