Started by a detailer who hated swirl marks

Andre Wallace spent nine years detailing cars for Music Row labels and touring artists. The same story kept repeating: a client would pay for paint correction, then undo it in a month with a cheap tunnel wash on the way home from work.

In 2016 he leased a tired service station on 12th Avenue South, installed two covered bays and a pair of buckets, and started washing cars the way detailers do, just faster. Word spread through the neighborhood, then through Nashville. Ten years later there are four locations and 86 finishers, and still not a single brush.

What we will not compromise on

Four rules every finisher learns in their first week.

Hands, not brushes
Every car is washed by a person with clean mitts. We have never installed a brush and never will.
Inspect under light
Cars are checked under LED panels before keys are handed back. If we missed a spot, we fix it on the spot.
Water we can defend
We reclaim and filter about 70% of our wash water and use biodegradable soaps at every location.
Paid training, real careers
New finishers get 40 hours of paid training and a path to ceramic certification.
