No. Our foam and shampoo are pH-neutral and safe for waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings and wraps. Stronger products like iron remover are only used where needed and always rinsed thoroughly.

Yes. Let your finisher know at check-in. We switch to coating-safe or matte-safe products and skip any gloss dressings on wraps.

Our final rinse uses filtered, softened water and every car is dried with warm air and microfiber, so Middle Tennessee hard water does not leave white spots.

Our bays clear 8 feet 2 inches. Most lifted trucks and sprinter vans fit. Call ahead for dually trucks or roof racks with cargo boxes.

Visit as often as once per day at any Gleam Garage location. Your plate is recognized at check-in, so there is nothing to scan or stick on your windshield.

Yes. Cancel from your account or at the front desk before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.

Yes. Add up to four more household vehicles for $25 a month each on any plan, sample pricing.

You can pause for up to two months per year, for example over a summer away or a long work trip.

On the same date each month as your first visit. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference.

Express Gleam and Signature Spa welcome walk-ins. Showroom Reset and headlight restoration are appointment only. Booking online holds a bay time for any package.

Weekday mornings average under 10 minutes before your car enters a bay. Saturday late mornings can reach 30 to 40 minutes, so members often book ahead.

Yes. Every location has seating, Wi-Fi and coffee. The Gulch has a glass-front lounge with espresso and a view of the finishing bays.

Yes, our bays are covered. Many members come in during rain because the ceramic sealant makes the rain do the rinsing afterward.

Three vehicles. Most of our accounts are between 5 and 60 vehicles, and a few run over 200.

One consolidated monthly invoice with per-vehicle line items, before and after photos, and optional cost center codes. Net 30 terms are available.

No. Gleam Garage gift cards never expire and can be used at any location for any package, add-on or membership.
